We accept same-day bookings subject to availability. For a guaranteed artist — especially for weddings or group events — we recommend booking 48–72 hours ahead. During peak season (June–September), book a week or more in advance.
Does the artist bring all their own products?
Yes. Every Good Hands artist arrives with a full professional kit: brush sets, primers, high-performance foundations matched to your skin tone, setting sprays, and everything needed for the look you've requested. You provide nothing.
What if I have specific skin concerns or allergies?
Let us know when you book. We can match you with an artist who specialises in sensitive skin, particular skin tones, or specific product preferences (hypoallergenic, vegan formulations).
Do you serve areas outside central Lisbon?
Yes. We cover all of Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Estoril, and the surrounding Alentejo coast. Travel charges apply for locations beyond central Lisbon — we'll confirm any additional cost upfront.
